Kale chane aur aalu ki gravy step by step
- Heat the cooker with cooking oil then add cumin, red chilli, cloves, green cardamom crinkle it few minutes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste stir it 5 min on lower flame.
- Now add onion paste saute it becomes change nice brown colour.
- Then add aalu, and soaked black gram sitr it 8 min on lower flame.
- Then add gram masala pwd, tomatoes puri, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,coriander powder, salt according to ur taste now mix it properly on lower flame.
- When spices separates till oil then add water as needed now pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
- Now turn on the lower flame for 5 min and then reduce the flame.
- Then cool it completely when open the lid then lastly garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and meet masala and mix it well.
